This New Year's I was running out of time
And I was getting close to losing my mind

Trying to find the time to send
To all my family and friends

A nice Happy New Year's card
That may not seem very hard

But I was stressed out ...
And I'd begun to pout ...

I'd gotten totally distressed
Trying to get myself dressed

To go to a New Year's Eve party
I was ready to go party hardy

Celebrating the New Year
But then I felt a tear ...

Thinking of friends and family far from me
That I wanted New Year's to also be happy

Thou I couldn't spend it with'em
Oh what a dilemma I was in ...

My tears began to overflow
But then don't you know ...

Just when things got to looking bad
I thought about this link that I had

On my computer bookmarked
I clicked on it and HARK!

I was on Cards For Fun
And on there was a ton

Of New Year's cards
An it wasn't too hard

To find, makeout and then send
Cards to my family and friends

After wiping away all of my tears
Wishing them a Happy New Year!
